Biography

Shahnaz Perveen is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with a good stand-in The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She has a license for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) and she is also appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario Province under the Commissioner of taking Affidavits (Commissioner of Oath). She is an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

She is a faculty member of Herzing College for the Immigration Consultant Program as well. Shahnaz has helped numerous interns to gain valuable work experiences which helped them both career-wise and to pass the licensing exam to become a Regulated Immigration Consultant.

Shahnaz has helped foreign nationals to come to Canada through the Skilled Worker program, Investor and Entrepreneur Program, Student Visa, and through family sponsorship. She also helps people residing in Canada to achieve their Permanent Residency through Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Programs.

She has an excellent track record of successful cases of Refugees Claims, Immigration Appeal Cases, and Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds (H&C) cases.

Apart from these, Shahnaz has assisted a good number of permanent residents to address their specific immigration needs, such as: applying for PR card renewal, applying for Canadian citizenship, passport applications for various countries, assisting international students to apply for study permits and temporary residence visas, applying for a work permit, restoring and extending their temporary resident visas, and so on.
