Spouses, Common-law & Conjugal Partners
Family reunification is one of the highest priorities of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). We invite you to join our ever-growing family of delighted Canadians (Citizens and Permanent Residents) who we have helped bring their spouses, common-law and conjugal partners, and loved ones home to Canada. Sapphire Immigration has been proud to provide sensitive, caring professional immigration services to the community worldwide. We are passionate about seeing our clients approved and united with their partners as fast as possible.
Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents can sponsor their spouse, common-law or conjugal (opposite and same-sex) partner, their dependent children. There are demanding requirements to be met in every family sponsorship application. No two applications are alike. Our approach is tailored to your personal circumstances, and we go to extraordinary lengths to ensure the smoothest and fastest processing possible. There is no need to worry about the complex and seemingly contradictory rules and regulations. Once you visit us, you can relax with the confidence that you are in good hands.
We provide you with the professional guidance and direction needed. Our personal service covers every detail of the application process, helping you avoid common errors and omissions. Our extraordinary success rate and friendly knowledgeable service is what keeps clients referring their friends and family to us year after year.
Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship Program (PGP)
Parents and grandparents may be sponsored if they are in good health, i.e. during medical examinations do not have any conditions that would be deemed as causing an excessive burden on the medical system. There are specific income guidelines set out by Canada Immigration that must be met. We will be glad to assess your qualifications for sponsoring your parents or grandparents at no cost or obligation to you.
Our clients (the sponsors) live in every part of Canada, and their parents and grandparents have arrived from literally every country in the world. If you are in our area we will invite you to meet us in our offices, or provide you with all the information you need on how to get us working for you right away.
Considering the Demand for spaces in the PGP has outpaced the supply of spaces within the quota since the program was re-introduced for 2014, and the quota is typically filled within days.
To provide a fair opportunity to everyone the PGP moved from first-come, first-served to invitation-based system from 2017 application cycle. The popular Parent and Grandparent Program (PGP) for immigration to Canada started operating under a new processing system from 2017, whereby potential applicants have a window of opportunity to register their interest, but may only submit an application if the sponsor invited to do so by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
